| Back Orders | We
strive very hard to ensure that we maintain adequate inventory levels. We
have a large inventory and receive shipments of new merchandise daily. However,
there is no way that we can guarantee that every item will be in stock every day.
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, Mott’s will generally ship all orders
within the first 10-14 days after the order is received. Orders that can be filled
completely upon receipt will be shipped usually within 1-2 business days. If there
are any items that are out of stock, the order will usually be held for 10-14 days to give
us time to try to complete the order. As a general rule you are not charged for any back orders until the shipping date. For the purposes of Federal Trade laws, our official delivery time is 6-8 weeks, though most orders are completed long before that time. Please note that at the present time, we do not have an automated email system capable of sending out automated emails to customers with inventory or order status. Also, we do not know when the manufacturers will send us any back ordered items as they do not notify us in advance what or when they are or are not sending to us.

| Christmas Orders | In previous years about 10-14 days prior to Christmas, all
carriers including UPS, FedEx and the US Post Office “remove” their delivery
guarantees for all their services except their Overnight Delivery/Next Day Air. This
means that if a package is shipped via 2nd Day Air for example, UPS will not
“guarantee” that the package will arrive in 2 days. It could take 3,4,5 or more
days to arrive, but it will be given a higher priority than ground packages. During
this 2-week period they will only “gurantee” Next Day Air packages. If you place an order with Mott’s after the 10th of December and request to receive the package before Christmas, you will be authorizing Mott’s to send the package via any delivery method necessary, including Air Service, to get your order to you by the specified date. Please note that orders can not be cancelled, refused or returned because they did not or will not reach their intended destination by a specified date. ******Mott’s does not “guarantee” that any order will reach any destination by any specified or un-specified date, that is the responsibility of the carrier. Please remember, that Delivery Days are the number of business days a package spends in transit after it is shipped out and does NOT include order processing time.

| Sales Tax | Orders from residents of California, or which are being billed to or shipped to a California address, must add 7.75% California Sales Tax. No sales tax on other orders. U.S. Military and Embasies billing and shipping to an APO or FPO are excluded from California Sales Tax. | |
