The Simplicity Line of houses produced by Real Good Toys is a high quality yet affordable and easy to put together line of houses. Commissioned by the Simplicity Company, it is made with cabinet grade 5-ply plywood and MDF. It comes with pre-assembled Simplicity windows and working doors. The house can easily be upgraded with nicer windows and doors if you so choose because the window and door cuts are compatible with other Houseworks windows and doors. All Simplicity prices shown here are for the Milled houses, which mean that the clapboard siding comes pre-milled into the exterior surfaces of all of the outside walls of the house. No more glueing on of siding! These kits come complete to finish the houses as shown in each picture (excluding landscape, glue & paint). They all come with shingles, pre-cut trims, posts and rails, interior stairs, gingerbread, chimneys, steps, and instructions. Even all necessary mitre cuts have been made. No cutting (except roof shingles) just assemble, glue and paint. The Simplicity houses are some of the easiest houses to assemble because of inter-locking floors and walls. And the Simplicity Houses can be expanded and enhanced with room additions and porches. Just Mix-and-Match.
