The style is San Francisco Stick/Eastlake with all the authentic adornments. From 2 story Morley House with attic roof to the grand Barstow Belle, perfect additions to your collection. All houses are fully enclosed with access to the interior through hinged sidewalls. 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood is used throughout.

A richly detailed Turn of the Century limited edition.  The Chessington Plaza is an opportunity for those who would like to indulge in shop keping, apartment dwelling and terrace gardening.  All this can be done in the grand style since there are two shops, two apartments and a large roof terrace.  Rooms are accessible from the sides and front allowing the building to be placed against a wall.   Imagine the Chessington as a dramatic focal point in your home.      The exterior is lavishly enhanced with numerous architectural details and interesting contrasts in texture and color.  The production of Chessington Plaza will be limited to twenty-five houses, with slight variations in each house.   Modifications can be made to accomodate the special needs of your collectoin.     

There are twenty-one possible interior rooms.  Finish the first floor as a cafe', flower shop, fruit market or antique shop.  Decorate the two apartments in contrasting styles, Chinese and English traditional or French and Art Noveau.  The possibilities!  The roof terrace rooms can be used as studio, conservatory or library.  This is a very versatile habitat for the consummate collector.

This splendid miniature house was inspired by the great manor famhouses of Ll-de-France. The time period is the late-Seventeenth/early-Eighteenth century. The detail is elegant and authentic, complete with oeil-de boeuf dormers. The much requested large rooms are perfect for an elegant yet casual country decor either of the period of a contemporary treatment. There is a broad forecourt, perfect for a party. The windows and doors were designed for this house and are beautifully crafted. Even the slight curve of the roof line has been retained. This package includes the assembled house shell with basic trim, the window package and the optional trim pack.

A magnificent statement in the Antebellum Southern Classical Greek Revival tradition. Harmony and balance make the Rosedawn a pleasure for the eye. The hand turned columns rest on bold bases supporting a magnificent cornice. The windows are large and handsomely proportioned, just as the doors are gracefully crafted. Inside, the rooms are generous in size, welcoming a myriad of decorating ideas. A curved staircase is the special feature of the entrance hall. All together, the whole is a joy to behold.
