Assembled and finished as shown with painted exterior, and roof shingles glued on. Clapboard siding included. You choose the paint from our web site and add it to your order. One main color plus two trim colors. Or just let us know what 3 colors you want on the house and we will paint it for you. Porch floor normally comes stained but can be painted if you prefer. Stock paint, glue, and stain included in price.

The foundation is normally painted grey and the chimney is normally painted red, but we can add a masonry finish to either or both at an additional charge.

We can also custom mix colors for an additional charge. Just send us the paint cards from your local hardware store and we will have them mixed here. We can also dye the roof shingles for an additional charge.

Window curtains and shutters shown in picture not included.

The interior is left blank, interior walls, stairs and trims are not glued in. You can finish the interior any way you want. Or we can finish the interior for you at additional cost.    Please go to our Assembly page for labor rates for interior and custom finishing.

Shipping and crating NOT included in price. Item is too large to be shipped UPS and must be shipped via Ground Freight Truck or FedEx Air Freight.
