All doll house kits, and assembled dollhouse shells come un-painted and un-finished except as otherwise stated.

These truly are a "New Concept" in dollhouse construction. Made from 3/8" thick Cabinet Grade Plywood or MDF, these collector quality dollhouses from Real Good Toys come in several architectural styles with many different options.

Real Good Toys New Concept dollhouses are mostly open to the rear, but some are available with hinged front panels. Most can be upgraded with curved staircases on the first floor, room additions, different porches, shutters and working windows. You can mix and match components to build your dream dollhouse. 40 models to choose from or combine components to make your own custom creation! Real Good Toys New Concept Dollhouses come standard with clapboard siding pre-milled on to surfaces of exterior walls. Available brick or smooth wall via special order.
Miniature dollhouse dormers, doors, windows, porches, steps, chimneys and other main components are packaged separately with individual step-by-step instructions for easy assembly.
Miniature porch posts are lathe turned.
Miniature porch rails and spindles are cut to length.
