Lilliput Doll House Kits by Walmer Dollhouses

        These are fantastic budget starter houses!  They are all made from a combination of 1/4" and 3/8" plywood and MDF.  Generally vertical pieces are made from 1/4" to reduce weight while horizontal floor pieces are made from the thicker 3/8" plywood to prevent sagging.  Ceilings are 8½" high.  The main dollhouse miniature windows are easy to assemble and are put together from 5 pieces (two side pieces or shutters, a top and bottom, and the pre-printed plexi-glass).  The dollhouse miniature doors all work and are all pre-assembled and pre-hung.  The small octagon windows are pre-assembled.  Dollhouse miniature roof shingles are not included but can be purchased separately in our Dollhouse Building Components section. 

  Lilliput dollhouse kits come with pre-milled miniature clapboard siding.  They come in a variety of styles including Federal, Farmhouse and Victorian.  Lilliput dollhouse kits are usually either a 4 room house with an attic, or a six room house without an attic.  Several come with porches and there are 3 add-on wings to choose from if you want to expand your Lilliput doll house.

  Dollhouse miniature stairs and stair-rails come with each model as does interior miniature window and door trim and room dividers, as well as all exterior eve and gingerbread trim.  Where applicable, kits come with dollhouse miniature porch rails, spindles and posts.
